The foundational principles of my practice are based on the belief that well-being arises from increase of self awareness, self-expression and meaningful connections with others.

My  therapeutic approach is eclectic. I aim to personalize treatment to your concerns and therapeutics goals. I am informed by the principles of trauma, EMDR, mindfulness, somatic, attachment theory/interpersonal biology, psycho-dynamic theory and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). My practice is inclusive of LGBTQ, various cultures and background.
