Internet counselling is based on the same theories as face-to-face psychotherapy but is done through the use of electronic mail. It is a good option for those who do not have the time or means to meet with the therapist. Your privacy and confidentiality is preserved at all times. Online counselling is also cost effecient as it cost less than face-to-face psychotherapy.
Internet counselling consists of e-mail exchanges between the client and the psychotherapist. After your first inquiry (to: bjacuch@individual-counselling.com ) the psychotherpist will respond either asking you to present your problems/ concerns you want help with or (if you already had described them) will respond to and address your problems. The length of response will be between one to three pages. You may also email with questions about the Internet counselling.
Internet Counselling, however, is not suitable for everyone. Only adults can participate in Internet counselling. Also those who are experiencing serious problems such as major depression should seek face-to-face therapy. Please read terms and conditions before making your decision.
