Bea Jacuch received her Bachelors in Psychology from the Free University Brussels (Vesalius College) in Belgium. Following her BA studies, she graduated cum laude with Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from the Leiden University (the Netherlands) with the dissertation on the subject of psychological resilience. She has research experience in the following areas: developmental disorders, trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder, terrorism and its psychological consequences, fostering resilience to adverse life events, dealing with disasters. She has practical experience working with: children with autistic spectrum disorder, children with anxiety and trauma, adults with trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression. Apart from the private practice, she worked at a navy hospital as a psychologist intern.
